Yeah though I've discovered this a long time ago but today i decided to share with you guys on how to browse with Etisalat social or chat pack with Psiphon Handler without ip.
How to browse with Etisalat Chat Pack or social pack without ip and port 
With Psiphon Handler it doesn't require you to change your network settings to 127.0.0.1 port 8080, so you can leave it with your default
