Twitter To Extend Its Text Characters From 140 to 10,000

Twitter could soon ditch its 140 character limit for tweets and allow users to post up to 10,000 characters. To address the user concerns, Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey posted a screenshot of a 10,000 character tweet, which all but confirms that the micro-blogging site is indeed working on bringing the feature for its users.
